Metadata Scrubbing: If you attach photos or documents (PDFs, receipts), we ensure our system or manual check, completely strips hidden file details (metadata) before forwarding evidence to authorities. Maximum Safety: This is the safest option for users who fear retaliation or job loss (unfair dissmissal - law on your side).

Option 2

You provide contact details only to WItbankHub Admin so we can contact you if needed. We keep your identity hidden from the public, the accused person(s) or entity. WItbankHub Admin-only access: We store your contact details in a secure, password-protected database. Strict Redaction: If we forward this report to SAPS, Hawks, municipal managers, or an oversight committee, we remove your contact info. Maximum Safe Communication: We can email or message you directly to give updates or request further details without exposing you to anyone else.

Option 3

We include your contact details openly. You are willing to be formally named as a witness or complainant. You agree that your contact details can be attached to the investigation or report forwarded to authorities. Direct Escalation: We can pass the report with your contact detail directly to law enforcement, municipal managers, HR, or legal teams handling the case. Maximum Legal Weight: Reports with an identified complainant/witness often carry more weight during formal legal investigations or police proceedings because the person is available to give an official statement.
