The Missing Playbook

Women receive training from birth on the treatment they deserve. Men are instructed from an early age, how to treat women. There is a notable absence of guidance provided from birth on how women should treat men. Girls are never taught how they are supposed to treat men!

We teach girls from day one what kind of treatment they deserve. We tell them to know their worth, set boundaries, and never settle for less than they’re owed. And for the boys, we’ve got a whole handbook on how they’re supposed to treat women—how to provide, protect, and show up.

But have you ever noticed the massive blind spot?

Nobody teaches women how to treat men. Seriously—from the time they’re little kids, girls are never actually given a playbook on how to care for, appreciate, or respect a guy in return. They get all the guidance in the world on what to expect from a man, but zero guidance on what they’re supposed to give.

It’s kind of wild when you think about it. We’ve spent generations teaching men how to serve, accommodate, and bend over backward to please women, while leaving women to just figure out the other side of the equation completely on their own. No wonder relationships get so confusing. We’ve got one half of the world trained on what they’re owed, and the other half just winging it.
